International Orders

Postage costs are calculated automatically and displayed at the checkout when you select the destination country. This will depend on the size and weight of the products being ordered.

All items are despatched from our UK warehouse.

Transit Times vary depending on the Country but are typically between 5 and 10 days. Your tracking number will clearly show you the progress of your order and your expected delivery date.

For International orders, you may be subject to local duty / import taxes, if they apply. These are your responsibility and will be payable locally.

The shipping company should advise you of any charges, alternatively you should consult your local customs office. Unfortunately, we cannot advise you what these charges may be, and Planet X is not responsible for them.

If these local import / customs charges are refused or not paid by our customer, then the item could be returned to Planet X, or possibly destroyed if too expensive to return.

Please note: if this happens, we may not be able to refund you for your order, if a refund is given, we would not refund any original postage costs and will only refund for the returned products, minus any costs incurred by Planet X.
